These are highlights of my work over the recent years, not in chronological order.
SAY+asana Double-Sided Print Flashcards and App PrototypeThis helps users learn basic asanas tested for the 300-hour yoga instructor certification. It educates via asana Sanskrit and English names, as well as by recognizing the pose itself. The flashcards are professionally printed and for sale on my Etsy site. The app prototype is usable.

Friends For Life"For more than three decades, Friends For Life has been preventing the spread of HIV and helping those affected by HIV/AIDS live well." I completed multiple pieces for FFL and its sub-groups to best serve as many of those in need as possible in the Mid-South region of the U.S.

The American Dream:

2019 Branded Senior ShowBranded is the name of the annual show I created for my students taking their professional practice class. 2019 was the first year it could truly be a senior show as it became co-requisites with the Portfolio Capstone class I also instructed! The publicity materials I created for the event won an Addy in 2020.
2019 Portfolio ReviewI co-organized this massive event that welcomed college design students from anywhere in the Mid-South region AIGA-Memphis served. Held at Arkansas State, I helped obtain 30+ professionals to review the 40+ students who attended. The publicity I designed won an Addy in 2020.

Bendi BabyI was sold on the idea of baby- and tot-sized yoga mats the minute a friend told me of her brilliant idea. With clear guidance on name, colors and branding, I created the logo and packaging material.
Lyric StudiesGraduate school challenged me to undo years of work under corporate brand constraints. In other words, I learned to make art again. This series of studies took song lyrics and purposefully appropriated multiple styles.
Hatton GalleryIt was my honor to serve as the designer for Colorado State University's Hatton Gallery. Though multiple exhibits needed publicity materials through the years, the 16th annual (massive) Colorado International Invitational Poster Exhibition and its huge printed book was the biggest project.

Simple SugarWhen you get paid in free desserts, the job is hard to pass up. I created the main logo after discussing the brand goals of this three-person business that served the Denver area. The work won some minor recognition and I got all the cookies. Win win.
JohnnyThough I penned the original story about the spy in undergrad, this graphic novel was an OBSESSION for multiple years throughout graduate school decades later. I thoroughly explored my love of digitally altered handmade elements and appropriated materials.
Typographic Art SeriesAlways looking for ways to join graphic design with the gallery space, this series is lettering hand-rendered and heavily stylized completely outside of the computer. Each piece also has a touch of pretentious sarcasm for good measure.

Northeast Arkansas AAFUpon first arriving to Arkansas from Colorado, I immediately became involved with its active AAF group. Work I completed for one of their annual shows nicely landed me an Addy of my own. Other work followed.
Book CoversI employed typography skills to create artwork for a well-known book series to pop off the shelf/screen while suggesting just enough of one of the key main characters.
